  • Reminders

    Students should not be arriving to school before 8:25. Breakfast is offered from 8:25 – 8:55. Doors open for students not eating breakfast at 8:40. There is no supervision for students outside when they arrive prior to 8:25. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect

    All volunteers must be trained on Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect prior to volunteering and/or chaperoning for field trips at Great Seneca Creek Elementary School according to MCPS regulations! Log onto the www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/childabuseandneglect/ and bring a printed copy or email the confirmation to Mrs. Beth Wert, school counselor.

  • Do you have any gently used books to donate?

    If you have gently used children's books (picture and chapter) you would like to donate to students who may not have access to reading materials, please box/bag them up and bring them into the Great Seneca Creek Library anytime. Our media specialist and reading specialist will help make sure the books are matched appropriately with children who may need them.

    Congratulations to Mr. Curry and the entire staff for being recognized with the Superintendent’s Equity and Excellence award. This award recognizes the efforts in developing an equity plan that addresses the community’s diverse population, while at the same time continuously

  • Bullfrog Brick Campaign

    Are you looking for a special gift this season?  Celebrate your child and family pride at The Creek by adding a personal engraved brick to the walkway in the GSCES Courtyard. All proceeds from each brick will benefit the Courtyard Improvement Project. Bricks will be placed in the walkway in the late spring.
